Areas - Tourism

The Tourism Department is managed by the Tourism Office «Tourist Info El Poble Nou de Benitatxell». This office belongs to the Xarxa Tourist Info (Tourist Information Offices of the Valencian Community). The main functions of the department are:

– Provide a service of tourist information, in person or remotely, to tourists and citizens about the resources and the local, regional, provincial and regional tourist offer.
– Review and update the information related to the municipality in the databases, websites and tourist publications of the public administration.
– Coordinate the promotion and tourist dynamism actions of the municipality.
– Promote the local tourist offer through participation in fires, publicity campaigns, tourist guides and other publications. Així also publishes informative material about the local tourist offer.
– Update the Valencian Community Tourist Portal with information on activities, events and festivals in El Poble Nou de Benitatxell.
– Prepare surveys and statistics of visitors and information requests submitted to the tourism office, with the goal of obtaining information that is useful for the majority of tourism planning.

– Create new tourist products, profitable and enhancing existing resources.

– Coordinate the tasks of adaptation, milling and signaling of tourist resources.
