This Christmas, “scratch and win” at shops of El Poble Nou de Benitatxell. The Council, through the Councillorship of Commerce and Economic Promotion, is launching a new Christmas campaign to boost shopping at local businesses and promote the local economy during this period.
Until January 6th, for purchases over €5, participating shops will give their customers scratch cards that may contain vouchers worth €10 and €25 to be spent in any shop taking part in this campaign until March 30th, 2026. In total, there will be 100 prizes of €10 and 40 prizes of €25.
The participating businesses are Aloe (fashion), Cala Flors (flower shop), Coaliment (supermarket), Hiperoffice (stationery and bookshop) and K-Xuli (fashion).
The councillor in charge of the area, Mayte Roldán, encourages the citizens of El Poble Nou to participate in this campaign, whose main objective is to «highlight the incalculable value of our local businesses. Our local businesses owners are the heart and soul of our municipality, they are what bring our streets to life and offer a personalised, high-quality service that no large retailer can match. Now is the time to support them and take part in this initiative».
