El Poble Nou de Benitatxell managed to attract a large number of spectators in three elite games, played on Calle Mayor, which brought together the best Valencian pilota street players from the Valencian Community within the Circuit a Llargues "La Bolata". The Department of Sports, headed by Toni Colomer, thus claims the return of the pilot to a municipality that has always enjoyed great fans. Although the rain prevented the decisive duel between Parcent and Sella to orchestrate the semifinal combinations, it was a very attractive, memorable day that the fans enjoyed.
“It was a memorable day in which fans were able to enjoy three exciting games played between the six best Valencian teams in the specialty. From the Department of Sports we are committed to the rebirth of the “pilota” in the municipality and we are proud to be reaping the fruits of so much effort by being part of an elite circuit such as Bolata,” said the Councilor for Sports, Toni Colomer. Let us remember that this department was committed to the promotion and resurgence of the Valencian pilota in the municipality and signed an agreement with the Valencian Pilota Federation. There were three games of great tension and with a large influx of people. The first game was played at 10:00 with a result in favor of Benimagrell of 10 to 4. At 12:00 La Vila Joiosa defeated València by 10 to 9. The last game, the most anticipated and decisive, between Sella and Parcent, was suspended due to rain. As for the semifinals of the circuit, Parcent, Sella, Benimagrell and la Vila are already in them but, as previously noted, the rain prevented the decisive duel between Parcent and Sella to determine the combinations.
